2 tbsp  unsalted butter
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  minced onion
3 each  small tomato
1 1/2 cup  white wine
1 lb  shredded gruyere cheese
0 1/2 lb  shredded Swiss cheese
  1. In fondue pot or double boiler, over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in garlic and onion.
  2. Slowly cook and stir until vegetables are soft.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook another 3 minutes.
  4. Add wine. Continue stirring until wine almost boils.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in Gruyere and Swiss cheeses until melted.
