0 1/2 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  fresh chopped red onion
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
1 tsp  fresh cilantro
1 pinch  salt
  1. Whisk together the yogurt, garlic, lime or lemon juice, ground cumin, red onion, cinnamon, cilantro and salt.
  2. Let sit for 20 minutes to let flavors meld together.
