1 lb  imitation crabmeat
2 cup  Lettuce, leaf, shredded
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 3/4 cup  light mayonnaise
2 tsp  celery seeds
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
3 each  large whole wheat pitas
  1. In a large bowl, mix everything except the pita pockets.
  2. Stuff 1 cup of mixture into each pita pocket half.
