2 lb  fresh mushrooms
3 each  medium tomatoes
1 cup  fat free Italian dressing
1 tsp  parsley, ground
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  onion salt
0 1/2 tsp  dried basil
2 cup  fresh chopped spinach
3 piece  Bacon, cured, pan fried
  1. Combine mushrooms and tomatoes in a large shallow platter. Whisk together salad dressing, parsley, garlic powder, salt , and basil. Pour over mushrooms and tomatoes. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for at least 8 hours. Mix mushrooms and tomatoes once.
  2. Cover a serving platter with spinach. Spoon mushroom mixture onto spinach and top with bacon if using.
