Ingredients Directions
  1. Pour oil in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Mix in onion and carrot and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in peppers and cook for another 3 minutes.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, wine, oregano, thyme, and lemon juice with the onion mixture. Let boil. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Arrange the seafood in the skillet and continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes. Shrimps will become pink and scallops will be opaque.
  4. Combine seafood and sauce with pasta and serve.
