Ingredients

2 each  small onions
24 each  fresh okra pods
16 floz  fresh cherry tomatoes
4 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  kosher salt
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0.125 tsp  sugar
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Separate each onion wedge into 2 even sections.
  3. Skewer 3 okra pods, 2 cherry tomatoes, and 2 onion sections, alternately onto each of 8 12-inch kabob sticks.
  4. Whisk together oil, salt, pepper, water, red pepper, sugar, and garlic.
  5. Lightly coat kabobs with oil mixture.
  6. Grease a grill rack with cooking spray. Arrange kabobs on grill and cook 3 minutes per side, vegetables should be soft when finished.
