36 oz  salmon steaks
2 tsp  black pepper
.33 cup  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tsp  sesame oil
.125 tsp  salt
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Season salmon steaks on both sides with black pepper. Place in resealable, plastic bag.
  2. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, sesame oil, salt, and garlic.
  3. Pour marinade into plastic bag, seal, and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  4. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, preheat grill to medium.
  5. Grill 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Remove from grill and serve.
