4 each  medium tomatoes
2 each  Chile Peppers, jalapeno, whole
2 each  dried poblano peppers
1 each  small onions
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
36 oz  salmon fillet
1 pinch  fresh thyme
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Arrange tomatoes, peppers, chiles, and onions on a broiler pan and cooked until vegetables are soft and lightly blackened, about 10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Cube tomatoes, peppers, chiles, and onions and put in a bowl. Season with cilantro, oil, salt, and pepper and combine well.
  4. Preheat grill.
  5. Lay salmon skin side down on the grill rack. Cook 10 minutes, salmon should flake easily when finished. Move salmon to a serving platter; spoon salsa over salmon or serve on side. Top with thyme.
