1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
2 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
1 cup  plain yogurt, whole milk
0 1/4 oz  fresh mint
1 each  medium cucumber
1 1/2 lb  salmon fillet
0 1/4 oz  fresh mint
  1. In small bowl, combine garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin. Smash with back of wooden spoon to create paste.
  2. Mix in yogurt and mint. Gently mix in cucumber. Reserve.
  3. Preheat grill to high. Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
  4. Lightly brush both sides of salmon with olive oil. Place fish on grill rack. Cook 3 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. When ready to serve, spoon cucumber sauce over fish or serve on side. Garnish with mint sprigs.
