1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
0 1/2 oz  fresh mint
1 each  medium cucumber
4 each  salmon fillet
1 oz  fresh mint
  1. Combine garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin in a bowl and smash with the back of a wooden spoon to create a paste. Mix in yogurt and mint. Gently mix in cucumber. Reserve.
  2. Preheat grill to high. Grease grill rack with vegetable oil.
  3. Lightly coat olive oil on both sides of salmon. Lay fish on grill rack and cook 3 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.
  4. When ready to serve, spoon cucumber sauce over fish or serve on the side. Top with mint sprigs.
