3 tbsp  red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp  sugar
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 1/2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp  ground tarragon
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
14 1/2 oz  Beans, green gram, mature, cooked
14 1/2 oz  Beans, yellow, mature
15 oz  Soybeans, black, unsalted, canned
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 pinch  fresh tarragon
  1. Whisk together vinegar, sugar, mustard, oil, tarragon, and salt in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add beans and onion, and toss gently to coat with dressing.
  3. Season with pepper to taste. Garnish with tarragon.
