1 tsp  cornstarch
0 1/2 cup  white wine
8 oz  cream cheese
12 oz  cooked crab
2 tbsp  half & half
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 cup  shredded cheddar cheese
1 pinch  paprika
  1. In microwave safe bowl, whisk cornstarch and wine or broth until smooth. Add cream cheese. Cover.
  2. Microwave on high 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave 45 to 75 seconds longer or until smooth and slightly thickened.
  3. Add crab, cream, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cover. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir. Add cheddar cheese. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds longer.
  5. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
