Servings
Ingredients

8 each  lean lamb loin chops
1 each  Cooking Spray, canola, For The Grill, 1/3 sec spray
1 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  apple cider
2 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes

0 1/4 tsp  black pepper

  4. Mix in garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring continually.

  6. Stir in tomatoes, lower heat, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  8. Spoon sauce over lamb chops or serve on the side.
