0 1/4 tsp  paprika
0.125 tsp  black pepper
24 oz  halibut fillets
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp  fresh basil
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
8 cup  salad greens
Directions
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Season halibut with paprika and pepper. Lay fillets on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 6 minutes per side, fish will flake easily when finished. Set aside.
  3. Mix vinegar, parsley, oil, basil, sugar, and salt in a jar. Tightly close lid and shake until fully combined. Arrange greens in a serving bowl and pour dressing on top and fully combine.
  4. When ready to serve, slice halibut into 1/4 inch pieces and lay on top of greens.
