2 tsp  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp  vegetable oil
2 each  Plums, fresh, medium, FDA
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh chopped red onion
2 tsp  cider vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Mix together brown sugar, salt, cumin, and garlic powder. Massage spices onto surface of chicken breasts.
  2. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Cook chicken in pan 6 minutes per side, chicken should be cook through when finished.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together plums, cilantro, onion, vinegar, hot sauce, and salt in a bowl.
  4. When ready to serve, spoon salsa over chicken or serve on the side.
