0 1/4 cup  Salad Dressing, Italian
3 tbsp  fresh basil
24 oz  halibut fillets
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
1 cup  Avocado, halves
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high.
  2. Whisk together dressing and basil. Take 2 tablespoons of dressing mixture out of bowl and brush on both sides of fillets. Lay fish on grill and cook 4 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together tomato and avocado and pour into bowl with dressing and toss. When ready to serve, top each fillet with tomato mixture.
