0 1/2 cup  cold water
6 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
6 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
6 tbsp  fresh mushroom slices
Directions
  1. In medium pan combine water and broth. Simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in ginger and pepper.
  3. When ready to serve, top with onions and mushrooms.
