2 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tsp  olive oil
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 1/2 cup  Fresh green beans
14 oz  fresh mushroom slices
2 tbsp  white wine
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
2 tbsp  ground almonds
1 each  large hard-boiled eggs
  1. In medium pan, heat oil over medium. Add onions and sauté 5 minutes or until translucent. Stir frequently.
  2. Add garlic, green beans, mushrooms, wine, soy sauce, and thyme. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cover, cook additional 10 minutes, until vegetables are soft and most liquid has evaporated.
  4. Peel and cut egg in half. Remove and discard yolk.
  5. Fit food processor with steel blade. Combine in food processor bowl, almonds, cooked vegetables, and egg white. Purée until well mixed.
  6. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 hour. Serve.
