7 each  Tomatillo, fresh, medium
1 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
0.3333 cup  fresh cilantro
0.3333 cup  chile peppers, anaheim
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 each  medium garlic cloves
Directions
  1. Peel and slice off and throw away husks and stems of tomatillos. Boil a large pot of water. Cook tomatillos in water for 10 minutes or until soft. Strain.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, puree tomatillos, broth, cilantro, chiles, onions, salt, pepper, and cloves until there are no lumps.
