1 1/4 lb  fresh green beans
2 tsp  unsalted butter
2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. Boil a large pot of water. Add beans to pot and cook for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Mix in walnuts and cook, stirring continually, for 1 minute. Mix in beans, salt, and nutmeg and let cook for 1 minute.
