0 3/4 lb  Beans, yellow, mature
0 3/4 lb  fresh green beans
2 cup  chopped tomato
1 tbsp  cooking sherry
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt substitute seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  fresh basil
0 1/2 cup  reduced fat feta crumbles
  1. Boil wax and green beans in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender, but still crunchy. Strain and run under cold water.
  2. Mix together tomatoes, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon beans on a serving platter and top with tomato mixture, basil, and feta.
