Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt and oil, drain.
  3. Toss with egg substitute and Parmesan cheese. Place in bottom of prepared baking dish.
  4. Drain spinach in colander, pressing out excess liquid.
  5. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook turkey and onion in skillet over medium high heat until meat is lightly browned, stirring to break up meat. Drain off fat.
  6. Stir in spinach and spaghetti sauce. Spoon on top of spaghetti mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Use small cookie cutter to decorate shapes from bell pepper. Place on top of cheese in baking dish.
  9. Cover dish with foil. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbling.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
