0.3333 cup  corn flakes cereal
1 each  eggs
2 tbsp  whole milk
0 3/4 tsp  dried dill weed
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
14 1/2 oz  canned salmon
1 each  cooking spray
1 tsp  olive oil
6 tbsp  Sauce, tartar, jar
3 each  Pimientos, canned, whole
  1. In large mixing bowl, mix cornflake crumbs, egg, milk, dill weed, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Add salmon; mix well.
  2. Shape salmon mixture into 5 large egg-shaped balls. Flatten each into 3/4-inch thick oval (shape like a fish). Pinch one end of each oval into tail shape for fish.
  3. Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium high. Add salmon patties and cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Add oil to skillet. Flip patties and cook 3 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
  5. Place small drop tartar sauce and pimiento on each fish for "eye." Serve with remaining tartar sauce (optional).
