  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil; set aside.
  2. Using small scissors, very carefully split each pita bread into 2 rounds by cutting around edge. Leaving you with 4 rounds total.
  3. Place rounds, rough sides up, on prepared baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce onto each round; sprinkle with cheese. Decorate with vegetables. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
