8 oz  button mushrooms
1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
0 1/2 cup  minced onion
2 tsp  shallots, chopped
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. In food processor or blender, place mushrooms and pulse until split into small pieces.
  2. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Sauté mushrooms and onions in the skillet for 3 minutes.
  3. Add shallots, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to skillet and cook another 2 minutes.
