0 3/4 cup  fat free sour cream
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  fresh chives
2 tbsp  fresh tarragon
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors have blended, at least 1 hour.
