9 oz  spinach tortellini
2 tbsp  fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp  fat free sour cream
1 tsp  dried dill weed
1 tbsp  fresh chives
1 tsp  grated lemon rind
0 1/2 tsp  salt free seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
7 oz  canned salmon
18 oz  frozen artichokes hearts
0 1/2 each  red onion
1 tbsp  capers
  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, eliminating added salt or fat.
  2. Drain in a strainer and cool so hot tortellini won't curdle the sour cream, minimum of 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and the next 5 ingredients.
  4. Gently stir in the rest of the ingredients, including the cooled tortellini. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
