2 tbsp  butter
3 each  eggs
15 1/4 oz  canned sweet yellow corn, drained
12 floz  evaporated skim milk
0 1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs, white, very low sodium
1 1/2 tbsp  sugar
1 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish, grease dish with melted butter and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, pour into casserole, place casserole dish in large pan filled with enough boiling water to reach half way up sides of dish.
  4. Bake until pudding is just set, about 60 minutes.
