2 tbsp  wasabi paste
1 each  medium avocadoes
3 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  sugar
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Place avocado in food processor and puree.
  2. Add wasabi, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  3. Combine all ingredients well and chill.
