1 each  medium avocadoes
2 tbsp  wasabi paste
3 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  sugar
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Slice avocado in half lengthwise. Peel and remove pit.
  2. In food processor, fitted with steel blade, purée avocado. Transfer to glass serving bowl.
  3. Add wasabi, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients well and chill.
