16 oz  Beans, green, whole, 80% cooked, individually, FS
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  honey
0 1/2 cup  slivered almonds
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  salt and pepper
  1. To toast almonds, place on cookie sheet and roast at 350 degrees F for several minutes until lightly browned. Do not overbake.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Continue boiling 5 to 10 minutes or until beans are tender.
