3 lb  raw medium shrimp
0 1/2 cup  olive oil
2 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 each  medium onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 tsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a blender or food processor, process the olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Reserve a small amount for basting.
  2. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head.
  3. Pour the remaining mixture over shrimp.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  6. Discard marinade.
  7. Lightly oil grill grate.
  8. Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Baste with reserved sauce while cooking.
