1 each  fresh avocado
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
1 each  large garlic cloves
1/4 tsp  salt
1 cup  romaine lettuce
2 oz  shredded cheddar cheese
2 each  medium tomatoes
1 oz  green olives, drained
1 cup  baked tortilla chips, crushed
  1. In food processor, pulse avocado, lemon juice, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, olive oil, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  2. Chop tomatoes and olives.
  3. In large bowl, toss romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and green olives.
  4. Toss with avocado dressing just before serving.
  5. Sprinkle with corn chips.
