Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix the tomatoes, broth, beans, green chilies, water, chili powder, cumin, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then decrease heat, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Take off of heat, mix in oil, cover, and set aside for 5 minutes. ladle into 4 soup bowls and top each bowl with sour cream and 1 tablespoon cilantro.
