1 lb  Beef, top sirloin steak, lean, raw
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  sugar
Directions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook the beef for 4 minutes then flip over and cook for another 4 minutes.
  2. Mix the water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Once the beef is done cooking, set aside and add the sauce mixture to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Cut the beef into thin slices and pour the sauce on top.
