1 lb  large raw shrimp
1 tsp  creole seasoning
0.3333 cup  Ketchup
1 tbsp  Horseradish, cream
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 oz  chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 each  medium lemons
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with the cooking spray. Cook the shrimp and Creole seasoning for approximately 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Mix the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Chile pepper in a bowl.
  3. Divide the shrimp on 4 plates and serve each with 2 tablespoons of sauce and 1 lemon wedge.
