0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 tsp  vanilla extract
8 each  Bread, French, toasted, small slice
0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 cup  Margarine, 80% fat
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  3. Mix the egg substitute, milk, and extract in a pie pan.
  4. Coat both sides of the bread in the egg mixture.
  5. Set the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  7. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons reduced of fat margarine on the bread and sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons of the sugar mixture on top.
