1 lb  Muffin, blueberry, fat free, dry serving
0.6667 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  fat substitute
1 each  Pears, Asian
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 3/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
6 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray a nonstick 12 muffin pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Scoop the batter in the muffin cups then bake for 14 minutes. Let cool before serving.
