0 1/2 lb  uncooked egg noodles
0 1/2 lb  margarine
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 1/2 tsp  fructose sweetener
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 each  small apples
0 1/4 cup  golden raisins
1 tbsp  slivered almonds
1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
0 1/2 tbsp  bread crumbs
Directions
  1. Add noodles to rapidly boiling water and cook according to package directions until tender. Drain. Toss with margarine. Mix together remaining ingredients, except cooking spray and bread crumbs.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Pour noodle mixture into pan. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
