Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Set the pork on a nonstick baking sheet, season with the jerk seasoning, and bake for 22 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle.
  3. To make the salsa, mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Let the pork sit for 5 minutes then slice into thin pieces and serve with the dried cherry salsa.
