Ingredients Directions
  1. In a soup pot, bring the stock to a boil.
  2. Add the onions, celery, and carrots, lower the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes, cabbage, and green beans and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes more, until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the cannellini beans and pesto and heat thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot or at room temperature.
