0 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0.3333 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
  1. Pour water into small metal bowl. Place beaters from electric mixer in bowl. Place bowl in freezer 15 minutes.
  2. Remove bowl from freezer. Assemble beaters into mixer. Turn mixer on high speed in bowl. Gradually add powdered milk to water. Beat until soft peaks begin to form, about 10 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute.
  4. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
