8 oz  grouper fillets, raw
2 tbsp  brown rice flour
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  butter
4 tbsp  white wine
1 tbsp  capers, drained
1 each  medium tomatoes
0 1/4 g  black olives, drained
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
Directions
  1. Dredge fish in brown rice flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place fish in skillet and brown fish slowly on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. To pan add butter, wine, capers, tomatoes, and olives, heating until the mixture begins to simmer.
  5. Add fish back to the pan with the sauce and heat until cooked through.
  6. Add lemon juice and serve.
