3 tbsp  minced garlic
0.3333 cup  olive oil
1 lb  raw medium shrimp
0.3333 cup  white wine
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch  salt
  1. In medium frying pan, over medium high, cook garlic in olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir frequently.
  2. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully pink.
  3. Add wine. Add parsley and chili flakes.
  4. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  5. Season with salt (if desired).
