0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
2 tsp  fennel seed
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  ground cloves
1 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 lb  Turkey, ground, 8% fat, raw
  1. In a food processor or by hand, mix together cilantro, parsley, fennel, cumin, cloves, red pepper, salt, pepper, and ground turkey. Make sure mixture is fully combined.
  2. Wrap turkey mixture in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for several hours.
  3. Remove turkey from plastic wrap and shape into patties.
  4. Cook the patties in a large nonstick skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side or until completely cooked.
