1 lb  salmon fillet
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 tbsp  capers
1 tsp  dried dill weed
1 tbsp  fresh tarragon
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
4 each  Boston lettuce leaves
Directions
  1. Cook salmon fillets until just cooked (poach, grill or broil) and cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients (except lettuce leaves) in a large bowl.
  3. Flake salmon and stir into mixture.
  4. Serve over lettuce leaves.
