2 each  corn tortilla
2 tbsp  Cheese, cheddar, light, shredded
0 1/4 each  fresh avocado
1 tbsp  sliced jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp  canned black olives
0 1/2 cup  salsa
2 tbsp  reduced fat sour cream
  1. In a sauté pan, heat both sides of the tortillas.
  2. While each tortilla is still in the sauté pan, on one side of tortilla place 1/2 cheese, sour cream, scallion, jalapeno, and avocado.
  3. When cheese starts to melt, place salsa on same side and fold tortilla in half.
  4. Heat several minutes more, and serve.
