2 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
1 tsp  vanilla extract
2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 tsp  butter
1 each  cooking spray
2 tsp  powdered sugar
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
  1. Cut each piece of bread into 3 strips each.
  2. Mix together eggs, skim milk, vanilla, cinnamon and butter.
  3. Lightly soak breadsticks in egg mixture until well coated.
  4. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray or coat with vegetable oil.
  5. When skillet is hot, place cinnamon sticks on pan and brown on both sides.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with a little maple syrup or jam (optional).
