2 1/2 cup  frozen sliced peaches
0 1/2 cup  Strawberries, frozen
0 1/2 cup  Blueberries, frozen
1 cup  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
0 1/4 cup  maple syrup
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
  1. Combine the peaches, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, nutmeg, and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately, or chill until serving time.
