1 each  cooking spray
0.6667 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
3 cup  fat free unsalted beef broth
12 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
0 1/2 cup  fresh green beans
1 tbsp  unsalted tomato paste
0 1/2 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  chopped zucchini
  1. Spray a large soup pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Over low heat, saute the carrots, onion, and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Except for the zucchini, add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender (about 15 minutes).
  4. Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
