6   eggs
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to rolling boil, reduce heat to medium and boil 5 minutes.
  2. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water 5 minutes. Run under cold water 5 minutes.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Set aside egg whites on serving platter. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and black pepper to egg yolks. Mash with fork until creamy.
  5. Fill hollowed egg white halves with the yolk mixture. Dust with cayenne pepper, adjusting amount to taste.
  6. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
